Deleting your Instagram data

When a business connects its Instagram account to TurIA Reviews, we keep only what its feed widget needs: the account name, its profile picture, the number of followers and posts, its latest posts (picture, caption, date, link, likes and comments) and an access token, stored encrypted.

How to delete it

Sign in to your TurIA Reviews panel.
Open the Instagram section.
Press “Disconnect” next to the account.

The account, its token, its posts and every stored picture are deleted at once, and the widgets that showed them become empty. You can also remove TurIA Reviews from Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites): Instagram lets us know and we delete the data automatically.

If you cannot sign in, write to support@turia.tech from the email of your account and we will delete the data within 30 days.
