What does the Free plan include?
One website, one review channel and one widget with up to 10 reviews, updated once a week and in one language, plus the trust seal and the certificate. It has no time limit. When you need more channels, all your reviews or the five languages, move to a paid plan.
Can I use it without paying?
Yes: the Free plan never expires, so you can put it on your website and see how it works without paying anything. If you buy a paid plan and it is not what you were looking for, we refund 100% within the first 30 days.
How is it paid?
Once a year, in advance, in US dollars and by card. Taxes are not included. The monthly figure is only there to compare.
Does the plan renew by itself?
Yes, every year, and we remind you by email 7 days before. You can cancel at any time before the renewal: the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and then the account moves to Free.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Moving up is immediate and you only pay the proportional difference for the rest of the year; moving down applies at the next renewal.
What counts as a website?
Each domain where you put the widgets, for example yourbusiness.com, with all its pages and languages.
Do I need a programmer?
No. You paste two lines of code on your website once (WordPress, Wix, Shopify or any other) and from then on everything is managed from the panel.
Which languages are there?
English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. On paid plans the widget and the certificate follow the language of each page by themselves; on the Free plan they stay in the one you choose.
Can the reviews be edited?
No. Each review is downloaded from its platform with its author, date, text and rating, and nobody can change them: neither the business nor TurIA. The rating shown is calculated with all the reviews downloaded.
Can I show my Instagram too?
Yes: a feed with your latest posts in a grid, a carousel or a mosaic that updates by itself, with your profile and a Follow button. It is optional (you switch it on in the panel) and works with professional Instagram accounts (Business or Creator). Free plan: 9 posts in a grid, updated weekly; paid plans: up to 30 posts, the three layouts and a daily update.
Can I remove the TurIA brand?
No. Every plan shows a discreet “Reviews by TurIA” line in the widget.
Can I use it on my clients’ websites?
Yes: Pro covers up to 5 websites and Agency has no limit. You may only connect listings of businesses you are allowed to manage.
